The Global Finance & News Centre boasts unique political surroundings and matching commercial facilities of the core area of the capital city. The plane layout of the building takes the shape of U with the atrium being 80 meters high. On the one hand, the atrium is spacious and well- ventilated, on the other hand, natural lighting is made possible inside the building, giving the office space lighting and broader views from two sides and bringing more light and better health to office people.
 
Flexibility
 
The building of the centre has four elevator passageways, which can be integrated as a whole or be separated into four relatively independent buildings. The partition of each floor is more flexible: the interior of the building is interconnected, which caters to big customers’ increasing business demands and offers flexible office arrangements.
 
Comfort
 
The standard floors are office spaces: the interior net storey height is 3.0-3.1 meters and the pubic space height is equal to or more than 2.8 meters. The highest part of top floor is over 20 meters. The office space can be deployed freely.

The plane layout of the building takes the shape of U. Super-large green landscape: according to construction plan, the main body of building is 70m from Qianmen Street, there is a 60m-wide urban green belt between the east side of building and Xuanwumen Street, and the 3745.4sqm green belt is enough to facilitate noise insulation. There are over 700 parking spaces to meet the international standard.
 
Lobby: located in the centre of the first floor, with 12 m high and 1000 squre meters.
 
A new generation of energy-conserving and healthy air conditioning creates first-rate environment
 
The air-conditioning system adopts Japan-made VRV-WII+ fresh wind system, with big fresh wind supply and without concentrated return wind use, which is safer and healthier, supplies heat and cold air at the same time, has lower noise and flexible measurement of independent switches. It adopts the world’s cutting-edge technology, and is the energy-conservation technology winner in Japan in 2005. It’s the first time the technology is used in China.

3、Healthy: revolutionary full fresh wind design, heat recycle unit, without system return wind, physical isolation of all outdoor-bound discharged air and outdoor fresh wind. With merely energy exchange, it addresses the problems of mixed air crossing contamination and virus diffusion in large buildings, and big fresh air provides comfortable office conditions.
4、Flexibility: minimum 25sqm as a unit, cold and heat air at any time, solving the problem of air conditioning supply in non-business hours in large office buildings, able of separate measurement and single-unit outlet measurement
 
Flexible and efficient office building
 
Vertical traffic: Each independent building has an independent elevator system of 24 imported elevators leading directly to the garage. Each elevator serves an office area of about 4,100 square meters, fewer than the international standard of 5,000 square meters for Grade-A office buildings. This solves the problem of elevator jam in rush hours.
 
Level traffic: With the whole floor undivided, major customers may design on their own need.
 
High effectiveness of external traffic (road traffic and railway traffic), B1 floor has a special passage to the subway and leads to each elevator passageway.
 
Three-way power supply
Three-way power supply: municipal high-voltage double-way power supply and emergency diesel generator. The total design capacity of municipal power supply stands at 15000KVA, and the power supply capacity of 1sqm is 120VA on the average; the design capacity of standby power supply is 1600KVA, able to ensure continuous power supply for important workloads during power cut caused by failure of double-way high-voltage power supply. World renowned brands such as ABB, Schneider or Siemens may be selected for all transformation and distribution facilities and terminal micro-switches to ensure safety and reliability of power supply and power distribution.
